How about training and support?

All new customers are provided with a training session at no additional charge.   One of our medical insurance billers will work with your staff and assist you in the entire process.   Because the system is intuitive you’ll find that you’re using the system with very little assistance needed.   However if or when you do need us, we offer unlimited technical support at no additional charge.

Do I have to download software?

There are no software downloads needed.  Using a standard web browser and a single log in, you’re able to process claims and verify eligibility.  Software updates are done seamlessly and with no interruptions.

Is this product HIPAA compliant?

Absolutely!  Daily system updates insure that all data is being transmitted securely and within HIPAA and PCI compliance standards.

  Can we use this in a Hospital or Urgent Care Center?

Yes, both Eligibility-Now® And Claims-Express® have both been used by many urgent care centers and hospitals in the United States!  You’ll be pleased at how well it helps you manage your medical care center.
